This policy explains what we collect when you use Buy Anything Lab, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Account details. Your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
Order details. The links you submit, the services and quantities you order, and the amounts charged.
Payment details. The amount you tell us you sent and your UPI transaction reference (UTR). We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials — payments happen in your own banking app, not on this site.
To create and secure your account, to place and track your orders with our providers, to credit your balance after verifying a payment, and to respond when you contact support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The link and quantity for an order are sent to the third-party provider that fulfils it — this is necessary for the service to work. We also use infrastructure providers to host the site, database, and email. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use signed tokens that expire, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password unique to this site.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated records. Email us and we will action it.
